1 Overview
- In Viedoc Designer you can have access to different projects. These projects are assigned to you by Study Managers. You can also have access to a private design project. The difference between the private design project and the others is that the private project can never be published to a study. A private design project is however only accessible by yourself and an area where you can save your personal favourite templates to be used later in real design projects.
If you have many projects you can search for the project you want to work with via the search field (1.) Example of a design project (2.) The private design project (3.)
2 The project
- For a specific project the following information is displayed:
1. The name of the design and also who assigned the project to you and when
2. List of designers having access to the design
3. Quick link to latest edited version and status of that version
4. Global design settings (applicable for all design versions)
5. Link to display all design versions
