1 Why are no roles available in my study?
- If no study roles are available for selection when inviting users, no roles have been defined or enabled in the design. Go to Viedoc Designer and study settings / roles. Make sure that at least one role is switched to "on". If not, duplicate the design and enable the roles you want to use in the study, publish and assign the new design to the study.
