1 The changes I have made in Designer are not reflected in Clinic?
- For a new design to take effect in Clinic make sure the new design is:
1) published* (done in Designer)
and
2) actually applied to the site you are checking (done in Admin)
* Please observe that a private design can never be published. A study to be published must be initiated in Admin and then assigned to a designer. - Which version that is valid can easily be seen on the the study overview page in Admin.
2 I published and assigned the new design but the old design is still shown in my study. Why?
- When you apply a new design in Admin make sure the date of assignment is on or after the date of the previous design version. If not, the old design version will be shown for all new patients.
